PLYtogether brings together the magazines and online guild published by Jacey Boggs Faulkner:

Our mission as a primary source for knowledge, technique, and opinion about spinning, weaving, and knitting is to do the following:

  • Support, reflect, and respond to the worldwide fiber arts community
  • Provide in-depth material for intermediate to advanced spinners, weavers, and knitters
  • Inspire new spinners, weavers, and knitters
  • Celebrate the diversity of fiber arts and fiber artists
  • Project and reflect an anti-racist value system and one that also supports LBQTIA
  • Give a voice to fiber artists everywhere
  • Record the rich history, report on the vibrant present, and inspire the hopeful future of the fiber arts by creating themed, archive-worthy documents of the fiber art community’s aspirations, activities, and achievements
  • Support indie businesses and craftspeople via affordable advertising, fair compensation, and return of intellectual property
