What is PLYtogether?

PLYtogether brings together the magazines and online guild published by Jacey Boggs Faulkner: PLY Magazine for handspinning, WEFT Magazine for weaving, PURL Magazine for knitting, and the PLY Spinners Guild (an online guild for spinners)

Who do I contact if I have any questions?

You can contact us using our Contact form. We typically respond within 1-2 business days.

Do you have a size chart for the shirts?

Yes, we do. You can find that here.

How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.

Are your prices in USD?

Currently, all prices are listed in USD. We are working behind-the-scenes to set up location-based currency, but it is not yet ready.

What is included in the shipping rate?

We charge the actual shipping for the service being used. This calculation is made based upon the total weight of the items in your order and the destination. No additional fees have been added to the shipping charge.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, absolutely! You'll find the shipping options and prices for international shipments once you add your address on the checkout page. The options will be based upon the total weight of the items in your order.

Are there other options for shipping outside the U.S.?

We understand that shipping costs from the U.S. to other countries can be high. We do have some stockists in other countries that you can check:

How long does shipping take for back issues and books?

We usually ship packages every 5 days, so your order should ship within 5 days of placing the order. Shipment time after that will vary based upon the shipping service and destination.

How long does shipping take for shirts?

The shirts are produced as print on demand and are shipped directly from the printer. According to their website, shipping time ranges widely from 4-20 business days, which does not include the time needed to create the shirt.

Digital Files

How do I download my digital files?

When you pay for your order, you will find a download link on the screen. You'll also find a link in the order confirmation email and can view all past orders (and download links) in your PLYtogether account. Saving the files to your device is recommended.sdf

What is a .zip file and how do I open it?

When you purchase a bundle of digital issues, the file you receive has taken all of the individual PDFs of the issues and condensed them so the file size won't be too large. To open this .zip file, you'll need to extract the files. Here's a guide for how to unzip files on any device.

What is your return policy for physical back issues and books?

The buyer is responsible for return shipping and the item must be returned in the same condition it was sent out. The refund (minus the original shipping cost) will be sent once we receive the item.

What is your return policy for digital items?

Digital items cannot be returned or refunded.

What is your return policy for shirts and hoodies?

Because these items are print on demand, we typically do not accept returns; however, we will look at the possibility on a case-by-case basis.
